Retreat does whole world of good

For Warners Bay family, the Jennings, 2019 was a tough year. Their eight-year-old son, Lucas has a medical condition which meant for over three months of the year he was either in a wheelchair, using crutches or on bed rest. When one member of the family is sick or injured, it can take a toll on the whole family.

Retreat is for all

When Stephanie and her family from Umina found out about the Ronald McDonald Family Retreat in Forster, they felt as though they “didn’t deserve the opportunity”. But like all families who have had a child with a serious illness or injury, they do. They deserve a break from it.
